Provided the lease allows the recovery of our fees from the leaseholder, we can act on a no recovery – no fee basis on undefended claims. On all other undefended cases we charge fixed fees on the vast majority of all cases.
We give you access to all your files online so that if you wish you can see the progress of any case at any time, including all the documents and notes of what has taken place. We are completely transparent.
We have a dedicated and specialist ground rent & service charge recovery team that successfully handles hundreds of cases each month, using our own proprietary legal software. We handle many cases on a daily basis in the County Court and the First-tier Tribunal.
This allows us to handle cases effectively and efficiently, and to provide you with up to date reports of the progress of each case showing the stage it has reached and the amounts recovered.
Each report can be tailored individually according to your needs, and is automatically created and updated by our software and can be sent by email or by hard copy whenever required by you.
To start a case, you simply have to send us a statement of arrears and a copy of the lease. We will do everything else.
