Together with our expert software consultants, we have designed our own highly sophisticated and powerful bespoke case management software. This enables us to process hundreds of claims at any one time in the most accurate and efficient way possible. We are currently using our fourth generation version and the software is continually being refined, improved and developed to further our capabilities.

The Property Claims System software is designed to make everything easier for our clients, from providing instructions to the recovery of the arrears. This includes providing up to date progress reports on however many cases you instruct us on.

Click here to see an example of a report from our Property Claims System in PDF format. The reports can be sent electronically in the form of an excel spreadsheet or a PDF document, or alternatively hard copies can be sent by fax or post.

To start a case, you simply have to send us a statement of arrears and a copy of the lease. We will do everything else.

Each case is allocated to one of our dedicated lawyers in the PCS Team - so there is always someone for you to speak to about any particular case – we will povide you with their direct phone number and email address. For any queries they cannot deal with you can speak to Gabriel Alterman, who has ultimate responsibility for all cases.
